PROPER BREATHING
Our body's recovery depends upon all body regulations being in balance. Proper breathing is the first one to learn and it is not about inhaling more oxygen, but rather exhaling properly to regulate the amount of carbon dioxide left in our bodies. Too much or too little can be a very serious problem. Getting the oxygen we need for good health is dependent upon a particular level of carbon dioxide. The only way to know that level is by measurement using an instrument called a CAPNOGRAPH.
More than 33% of all Doctor visits are because CO2 level is too low, we are exhaling too fast and consequently not getting enough oxygen. Higher body levels of CO2 lead to relaxation, warm hands and feet and optimum brain blood flow and Oxygen.
